Privacy — plain and simple
Your content stays yours. Here is exactly who runs linesdrop, what we store, where it lives, who helps us run the service, and how deletion works.
Who runs linesdrop
linesdrop is built and operated by a small independent team. An Estonian OÜ registration is currently in progress; this policy will be updated to name the registered company once that is complete. Until then you can reach us at privacy@linesdrop.com with any question about your data, including access, correction or deletion.
What we store
Your account details; the content linesdrop writes and you approve; media you upload; if you create a voice: your recording, its consent record, and the synthetic copy; and basic usage numbers that keep the service working.
Where
EU servers (Frankfurt) for data and processing; media on EU object storage.
Who helps us run it (our sub-processors)
Supabase (database & login), Amazon Web Services (video rendering), Cloudflare (media storage & delivery), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (content drafting), ElevenLabs and Fish Audio (voice synthesis; Fish only for voice copies you create yourself), Upload-Post (publishing to the social channels you connect), Resend (email). Each receives only what its job requires.
What we never do
Sell your data. Share your content or media with other customers. Use your content to train anything beyond your own account's personalization. Publish anything without your approval.
Retention & deletion
Close your account anytime. Your voice is deleted immediately — including at the voice provider. Everything else stays restorable for 30 days (sign back in and click restore), then is permanently deleted within 90 days. Backups age out within roughly a further 30 days.
Your controls
Delete your voice anytime (Settings → Your voice). Delete any media (Library). Close your account (Settings → Account). Questions → privacy@linesdrop.com.
Effective 9 August 2026 — we'll note changes here.
